Natural Wine Shop & Bar is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the team in Burringbar. Starting Thursday or Friday during the day in the shop and then adding Friday night and Saturday night in our new small bar set to open in the near future.

• Combine bar, hospitality and retail experience;

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the daily, weekly and seasonal operations of the bar;

• Bar / cocktail making;

• Minimal food prep and service;

• Customer service to the highest standard;

• Front of house service;

• Ensure order quantities are determined and adequate stock levels are maintained for drinks stock and food;

• Basic data entry Xero / Lightspeed / Square - entering orders;

• Basic Instagram - stories.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following selection criteria:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role;

• A strong background in wine and beverages, and retail and/or hospitality;

• A strong awareness of Workplace Health and Safety& RSA obligations;

• Demonstrated ability in stock management, merchandising, & stocktaking;

• An eye for detail, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to change.

There is potential for more hours/more days as business grows.
